Semi Voice Process in BPO/KPO Sector!

It's call centre / technical support work that requires some interaction with callers by voice - somewhere between "voice" (which is entirely caller interaction) and "non-voice" (where you don't talk to callers).

In this process, sometimes what happen you are suppose to call to your customer, and ask about the product delivered by your company.

 You would ask some certain questions as per your script, and in the middle if any error and problem is occurring from that product, you would write it down on your p.c., and while ending call you would like to confirm some sort of information, e.g., his/her contact number, age, e.m.i number, and etc...

So, the process in which one does half work on the call and the rest of the work manually like on his/her p.c. is known as semi-voice process.

In Bangalore and India, everyone knows that there is a boom of BPO Sector and everyone young one wants to join Call Center or BPO sector, so as one place where Voice process has its own repo, in the same way voice process is also playing a key role in the industry.
